Karen Gammon

Gammon, who has experience in state and federal litigation, received her B.S., cum laude, from Texas Tech University and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Gammon received her certification in Dispute Resolution Mediation Certification in 1998. She speaks Spanish, which is an asset for many of her clients. Gammon was named one of the Top Women Lawyers in 2010 and Top Lawyers numerous years by D Magazine.

Matthew Masek

Matthew Masek is a mediator with Gammon Mediations focusing on personal injury, auto and trucking collisions, and premises liability cases, including both pre-suit and litigated matters. He brings years of experience as a Texas personal injury trial attorney, having handled cases from early evaluation through trial verdict, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, damages analysis, lien resolution, and settlement negotiations.

Matthew also served in the United States Air Force as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan and attaining the rank of E-7 (Master Sergeant). His military leadership experience supports a calm, disciplined, and solutions-oriented mediation style. He is available for 2-hour, 3-hour, half-day, and full-day mediations, helping parties reach efficient, durable resolutions.
